I work with the Viasatondemand.com platform on various projects concerning the site. I’m also responsible for our ingest and trans-coding team.

Viasat Broadcasting is the largest business area within the international entertainment-broadcasting group Modern Times Group MTG AB. MTG is the largest Free-TV and Pay-TV operator in Scandinavia and the Baltics, the largest shareholder in Russia’s largest independent television network, runs its own free-TV channels in a total of ten European countries and Pay-TV channels in a total of 24 European countries. Viasat’s channels reach 100 million people across these countries. The Viasat DTH satellite TV package offers digital multi-channel TV packages of more than 50 own-produced and third party entertainment channels. MTG also runs the largest commercial radio network in northern Europe.

Testfreaks helps consumers manage their digital lifestyles and consumer electronics purchases by simplifying the research of product reviews and help users find the best products. We are positioned in the vertical search space between a general search engine like Google and product review sites such as CNET.

I was in charge of the operations and the day-to-day activities concerning TF websites. I had a strategic, tactical, and short-term operations management for Testfreaks and the information we published on our sites.

Testfreaks was available with local sites on 24 markets when I left the company. To make this growt possible in just 2.5 years I had formed and handled a team with over 30 people that was situated all around the world. We had outsourced programmers sitting in Ukraine, Poland, China, Philippines and Argentina. They all work close together with me to ensure the quality of Testfreaks.

Worked with the idéas of skilled based gamling online combined with the karaoke user experience. Made business plans and presented the project for several investors. The company developed a system for voice analysis that was suppose to be used in online karaoke. I left the company when it failed to get venture capital, but the company still exists and still have great potential.

I handled new and old customers and worked with media monitoring online. We sold a big techincal plattform and I had my own budget.
